Description
This is a beta product since it’s still very new and essentially just launched. We will be adding more photos of the stands shortly showing off more color options and the stand itself. Note also that only the plastic stands, adhesive cork, and optionally the threaded rods and nuts (if ordered) are included. The MPC One itself in the photo is for demonstration purposes only and is not included.
Stands for the Akai MPC One to which tilts the One forward by 15 degrees making it easier to see the screen and allow for making some use of space underneath (for cable routing, e.g.). There is a left and right piece which can optionally be attached together via a 1/4″ threaded rod and nuts. In general that is not necessary if the MPC tends to live in one place (such as in a studio) but can be convenient when wanting to move it around. The stands also come with adhesive anti-slip/anti-scratch cork feet for the bottom.
This was designed entirely by Tim and is 3D printed on demand in PETG and comes in various color options. In some color combinations this produces a unique intentionally 3D printed look due to the larger diameter nozzles used to produce the part. This helps makes the stands light but sturdy.
These are made to order so keep an eye on the shipping estimates to get an idea of when you will be receiving yours.
Want to make your own? We have made the model available for free on Printables. Note you will need a larger printer and we recommend using a 0.8mm nozzle.
